– Barrel Aged Lathspell Double Coconut – 14.0% ABV –
A blend of imperial stout rested in a Templeton Rye 10yr barrel for 16 months and an Elijah Craig barrel for 21 months conditioned on coconut. Also available on tap.
– Telluric –
Alluvial’s first barrel fermented mixed-culture saison. 3 different variations available, refermented on fruits: Plum (6.8% ABV), Apricot (6.8% ABV), & Aronia Berry (6.6% ABV)
– Oaked Tripel – 10.6% ABV –
This Belgian-style tripel spent 17 months in a red wine barrel from our friends at Prairie Moon Winery to pick up a rich oaky, wine-like character. Also available on tap.
